AirLead’s AI copilot · beta

Meet Milo. It tells you what to do next.

For agents: what to say on the next call, what to send after a meeting, who to call first. For managers: a team that works every lead the same disciplined way. You decide: Milo never changes a client’s file without you.

Where Milo comes from.

What Milo isThe AI copilot inside the AirLead app. It reads each client file and tells the agent the next step, and why.
Who Milo isOur way of working, written down: the questions, the timing and the scripts our best agents use, in the practical coaching style of Maxime, AirLead’s founder.
What Milo is forTurning a lead into a first meeting, a first meeting into a second, the second into a deal. And keeping the others warm until they are ready.
  1. Off-plan buyer leads, every dayFor more than five years, Maxime and his team have worked off-plan buyer leads in Dubai, with agents calling them every day.
  2. Every outcome recordedThousands of leads distributed through our CRM. Agents record each call, message and meeting, so the outcome of every lead stays up to date.
  3. What makes a buyer answer, come and buyFrom those outcomes we found what works at each step: when to call, what to write, what to ask in the first meeting, how to pitch in the second.
  4. The method, at the right momentMilo gives each agent that method on the lead in front of them: one next step, with the reason.

Without Milo. With Milo.

Three moments of an agent’s day, fictional clients. See the difference.

From lead to deal. The method Milo follows.

Six steps, each measured. Beta: in the private test of the app. Coming: being built.

  1. Call fast, then call again on a rhythmThe first call goes out minutes after the lead arrives. No answer: the app sets the next attempt, an hour later by default. BetaCalling from a number of the buyer’s own country raises the answer rate: the line is matched to the lead. Coming
  2. Write when the call failsMilo drafts the WhatsApp message or e-mail from what the buyer asked for, ready for you to edit and send. BetaWe watch the open rate first, then the reply rate. A message that is opened but not answered has a call to action that is not clear enough: we change it. Coming
  3. Give a reason to meetBefore you call, Milo prepares what the buyer asked, what matters to them and how to open. The aim of the call is one thing: the first meeting. Beta
  4. Know who decides, and why they buyThe first meeting confirms the decision makers, the budget, the goal and the buyer’s personality, and sets the reason to meet again. Milo turns your notes or the transcript into the debrief. Beta
  5. Pitch the right projectWith the budget, goal and personality from the first meeting, you present the project and the area that fit, and end with a clear, fast next step. Milo prepares the meeting from the debrief. Beta
  6. Keep the others warmBuyers who are not ready yet receive WhatsApp and e-mail sequences, measured on opens and replies for each segment and nationality: an American, a Gulf and a French buyer do not respond the same way. Coming

Your Milo works on your clients. Not on another agency’s.

Only what you can see

Milo reads the clients you can open in the app: yours, or your agency’s if you are its manager. Nothing else.

No lead passes between agents

Milo never shows one agent’s clients to another agent, nor one agency’s clients to another agency.

Nothing changes without you

Milo suggests. A client’s file, stage or next step changes only when you confirm.

Meetings with consent

A meeting is transcribed only with the client’s consent. The transcript is stored on our servers and sent to our AI provider only to write your debrief.

What Milo will not do.

Change a file on its own

Stages, notes and next steps change only when you confirm.

Send messages for you

Drafts stay drafts until you send them yourself.

Listen without consent

Meetings are transcribed only when you add Milo and the client agrees.

Promise a result

Milo suggests. The call, the judgment and the deal stay yours.

Questions about Milo.

What does Milo actually do for me? Beta

Milo helps you prepare the next call, draft a follow-up and order your day, from what each client said. It is in beta in the AirLead app. Try the Milo demo

Does Milo send messages on my behalf? Beta

No. Milo drafts the message; it is sent only when you send it yourself. A follow-up plan you approve is saved in the client file with its dates, and each message still waits for you. See what Milo will not do

Who can see client conversations and meeting debriefs? Beta

The client’s history and the debrief you confirm are visible to you, and to your agency’s manager for the agency’s clients. The raw meeting transcript is not shared with managers: only the agent who recorded the meeting, or who holds the client now, can open it. A meeting is transcribed only with the client’s consent, and the transcript is sent to our AI provider only to write the debrief. Read how Milo handles data
